Job Title: Customer Service Trainer

  • This is a full-time position that requires a highly skilled and experienced trainer to develop and deliver training programs for customer service representatives.

About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional trainer who can enhance the skills of our customer service team. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our agents provide exceptional customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer service skills
  2. Design and implement assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness
  3. Conduct regular needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps and design targeted training interventions
  4. Train new hires and ensure they are equipped to handle critical KPIs within 45 days
  5. Develop individual improvement plans and provide coaching to non-performers
  6. Identify and address critical issues in customer interactions and develop short training materials to address key issues
  7. Own knowledge transfer of new processes and ensure all employees understand changes
  8. Roll out process changes and related communications
  9. Review and develop knowledge base to ensure it remains relevant

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in training delivery, with at least 2 years as a master trainer
  • Practical implementation experience of ADDIE and Kirkpatrick evaluation models
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to give structured performance feedback to trainees
  • Experience working on cross-organizational projects that improved customer experience
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
