
Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our cluster management team. As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and operations of our region, including partnership development, sales planning, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective partnership strategies with local officials and dealers to drive business growth.
- Identify and source EV fleet customers in the local market through direct field work and analysis of regional trends.
- Manage the rollout of new products and services across the region, working closely with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Lead monthly sales planning meetings with partners and manage the lead funnel to ensure optimal results.
- Implement effective soft and hard collection strategies to minimize bad debt.
- Align the region's sales strategy with pan-India retail vehicle finance initiatives, reporting directly to the Regional Head-Retail Finance.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in partnership development, sales planning, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Hands-on approach with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a proactive and independent mindset.
