Job Description


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and operational excellence across multiple regions.


You will lead the development and implementation of business plans to improve performance, efficiency, and reach of our educational centers. This includes collaborating with senior leadership to define and achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.


Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of all centers to ensure seamless execution and productivity. You will ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines.


Additionally, you will drive consistency by implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all centers. You will drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals across the region.


To achieve this, you will design and execute regional marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities to boost enrollments. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, schools, and local communities.


Leadership skills are essential in this role, as you will lead, train, and manage center heads and their respective teams across all centers. Your role will involve conducting regular performance reviews, setting goals, and providing coaching to enhance individual and team effectiveness.


You will create a culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous professional development. This includes preparing and managing budgets effectively. You will analyze financial reports and ensure profitability by implementing cost-saving initiatives where required.


Your tasks will also include tracking center-wise performance metrics and aligning resources for optimum utilization. You will maintain high standards of customer satisfaction across centers.


Customer service is crucial in this role, as you will address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively. You will regularly collect and analyze customer feedback to improve overall service quality and student outcomes.


Finally, you will prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, sales achievements, and financial results to senior management. You will act as a communication bridge between corporate/regional offices and center teams.


Representing the company at relevant events, conferences, and meetings within the region is also an important aspect of this role.
