We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead our biomass operations across various states.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural sciences, rural business, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggregation
    • Plan and schedule operations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
    • Manage offers, deals, and deliveries of inward cargo.
    • Ensure seamless loading, unloading, and invoice verification processes.
    • Prioritize machine deployment plans, season understanding, and machinery modifications.
  • Rural Network Development
    • Develop awareness programs for partners and promote training and certification initiatives.
    • Identify and address bottlenecks in aggregation, logistics, and promoter tasks.
    • Maintain a positive work environment and lead platform utilization.
    • Ensure data integrity and sanctity.

Requirements:

  • Strong Leadership Skills
    • Ability to create and manage relationships.
    • Concept sales experience, dealing with farmers, FPOs, and rural business entities.
    • Understanding of internet-based platforms.
  • Communication Skills
    • Present effective presentations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in local languages.
    • Able to build trust with stakeholders.
  • Education and Training
    • Agri Sciences or Rural Business background.
    • Leadership and people management experience.
