The Regional Head of South Asia will spearhead the development of our grain processing business in biofuel ethanol, aligning with our company's mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop a strategic go-to-market approach based on an in-depth understanding of industry trends, competitors, market needs, resources, and support requirements.

2. Lead and mentor sales managers and technical service managers, as well as cross-functional teams across the region, fostering a high-performance work culture.

3. Ensure succession planning, capability building, and leadership development within the team.

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years' working experience in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.

2. Strong background in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry, with senior commercial experience in specialty chemicals or enzymes, including direct and indirect sales via sales channels.

3. Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural and remote environment, with strong proactive skills to work across functions internally and externally.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software.
