
Chief Business Development Manager

This is a senior leadership role that will oversee the revenue and performance metrics of a region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, improving efficiency, and managing critical business initiatives.
Candidates with experience in managerial roles and a total experience of 7 years or more are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:Governance and Compliance- Ensure adherence to established process frameworks across teams, including design, execution, vendor, and experience functions.
- Identify and address operational control gaps impacting service quality, timelines, or cost.
- Monitor and resolve governance risks related to financial, operational, or service quality issues.
- Address non-compliance or deviations related to internal stakeholders, including design teams, project managers, supply chain teams, and operations teams.
- Maintain all project, partner, and compliance documentation in audit-ready format.
- Lead regular internal audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
- Liaise with teams to reinforce a governance-first mindset.
- Prepare reports and scorecards for business reviews.
- Escalate recurring non-compliances or systemic partner issues.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least 6-7 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, operating role managing a revenue-generating team(s) or selling design products/services through designers.
- Strong attention to detail, written and oral communication skills, and analytical ability.
- Leadership and people management skills, including direct team reporting.
- Deep understanding of the interior fit-out industry, processes, and market trends.
