Role Overview:

This role involves joining our HR team in Jaipur as a highly experienced and results-driven Corporate Recruitment Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, specializing in tech or non-tech hiring, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • SOURCE AND ENGAGE TOP TALENT THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS, INCLUDING JOB PORTALS, LINKEDIN, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND EMPLOYEE REFERRALS.
  • Leverage data and recruitment metrics to make informed decisions and improve hiring processes.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews, assess candidate suitability, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a mix of tech and non-tech hiring.
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Highly data-driven with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders.

Compensation Package:

The salary for this position is approximately ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
