Strategic Growth Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies in assigned regions or industries to meet our placement objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with current recruiters to strengthen partnerships and explore new job opportunities.
  • Talent Identification and Engagement: Identify potential companies for recruitment and engage with stakeholders at various levels to build fruitful relationships.
  • Recruiter Communication and Engagement: Regularly update recruiters on ISB developments and involve them in major events to ensure continuous engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve departmental and school goals.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Research and analyze data on companies to qualify them as potential recruiters.
  • Operational Supervision: Supervise office operations and control costs.

Requirements:

  • Academic Qualifications: MBA in Marketing.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of corporate sales, selling skills, office management, database management, MIS generation.
  • Interpersonal and Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, coordination, and prioritization skills.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Familiarity with the BFSI sector and experience in team handling is desirable.
