Seeking a results-driven Investment Banking Professional to drive strategic growth through deal execution, business development, and project management.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Support deal execution by conducting financial analysis, due diligence, transaction structuring, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis).
- Prepare pitch books, presentations, and industry research to support business development activities.
- Manage investor relations by coordinating with stakeholders, preparing reports, and tracking investment performance.
- Handle project management to ensure smooth client operations and timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market, industry, and company research to provide insights supporting acquisitions and organic growth strategies.
Key Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Investment Banking or related field.
- Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and transaction analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
