We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our global go-to-market (GTM) collaboration initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enabling strategic growth, driving commercial visibility, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
This position requires an analytical mindset, program management discipline, and cross-functional coordination skills to drive business success.
- Lead GTM collaboration projects with global teams, focusing on setup and scaling of new business lines.
- Track project execution across milestones, ensuring issue resolution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Monitor commercial performance post-launch, including revenue realization and cost tracking, to ensure financial health.
Key Requirements:
- MBA from a top-tier institution; 12–15 years' experience in business operations or sales/commercial ops.
- Strong understanding of P&L and financial performance indicators (FP&A knowledge preferred).
