We seek a skilled professional to join our Mergers & Acquisitions team.
Main Responsibilities- Manage complex transactions and large client relationships.
- Identify key decision makers, clients or prospects risks needs and determines the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect's issues and objectives.
- Analyze existing policies, suggest better terms, and negotiate with markets.
- Raise customer satisfaction by retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
- Liaise with underwriters for client requirements.
- Nurture effective networks within business communities and industries.
- Collaborate with overseas colleagues to ensure pre and post-acquisition due diligence and insurance program integration.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PE/Big 4/Financial advisory/Insurance or allied sectors.
- Prior experience in Business Development preferably in PE/transaction advisory industry.
- Corporate Relationship Management/Business Solution Provider from service background.
This role involves strategic planning, relationship management, and market analysis to drive business growth.
