Senior Business Developer Position

We seek a skilled professional to join our Mergers & Acquisitions team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage complex transactions and large client relationships.
  • Identify key decision makers, clients or prospects risks needs and determines the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect's issues and objectives.
  • Analyze existing policies, suggest better terms, and negotiate with markets.
  • Raise customer satisfaction by retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Liaise with underwriters for client requirements.
  • Nurture effective networks within business communities and industries.
  • Collaborate with overseas colleagues to ensure pre and post-acquisition due diligence and insurance program integration.
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in PE/Big 4/Financial advisory/Insurance or allied sectors.
  • Prior experience in Business Development preferably in PE/transaction advisory industry.
  • Corporate Relationship Management/Business Solution Provider from service background.

This role involves strategic planning, relationship management, and market analysis to drive business growth.
