Strategic Growth Initiatives Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth by identifying, testing, and scaling strategic projects. You will play a key part in this process, working closely with senior leaders to develop and implement high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end execution of pilot projects, from scoping to delivery.
- Analyse performance data and user feedback to inform project decisions.
- Develop internal documentation and frameworks to capture learnings and share best practices.
- Contribute to strategic planning processes and initiative pipelines based on emerging market needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Interest in strategy, product operations, consulting, growth, or programme/project management roles.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; proficiency in Excel and SQL is an asset.
- Proven ability to lead projects independently and work in unstructured environments.
