Strategic Initiatives Lead

As a senior-level professional, you will oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives that align with our company's mission and values. Your portfolio will consist of multiple concurrent projects, requiring you to set measurable targets and track progress to improve impact and ensure investments meet strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Oversee portfolio management of multiple concurrent projects; set measurable targets and track progress to optimize returns on investment.
  • Foster strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, NGOs, and other partners to advance our organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with our leadership and internal teams to develop and execute effective strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in infrastructure development, with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • Possess an MBA from a premier institution and an engineering degree from a top-tier institute.
  • Demonstrate proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Display expertise in understanding the social development sector and its complexities.
Required Competencies:
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial tracking.
  • Skilled in identifying and mitigating project risks, including regulatory and compliance risks.
  • Adept at overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
  • Effective communicator and leader, able to manage cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving needs and regulations while managing scope changes.
