Our mission is to secure the mobile-first digital economy by protecting applications, devices, and transactions from sophisticated cyber threats. Leveraging deep-tech capabilities like Runtime Application Self-Protection (RASP) , our platform provides real-time, in-app security for some of the country's largest and most security-sensitive organizations.
Role Overview
We're hiring a Strategic Initiatives Lead to work closely with the CEO on high-impact projects that drive growth and strategy. Ideal for someone with a product mindset and GTM execution experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution: Partner with the CEO to plan and drive key business priorities, new initiatives, and operational improvements.
Product Thinking: Apply a product-first, customer-centric approach to all strategic initiatives.
Go-to-Market: Lead GTM strategy for new products—covering research, positioning, pricing, and launch execution.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with product, sales, marketing, and ops teams to ensure smooth execution and accountability.
Business Insights: Use data to guide decisions through performance analysis, market trends, and competitive benchmarking.
Founder Support: Support the CEO with strategic briefs, investor decks, and leadership communication.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
8 to 10 years of experience in strategy, product management, management consulting, or go-to-market roles.
Strong analytical capabilities with a structured problem-solving approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable navigating high-growth, fast-paced, and ambiguous work environments.
Prior experience in startups or high-growth companies is a strong advantage.
