Role Overview

As a Founder's Office Intern, you'll collaborate closely with the founders and leadership team, receiving hands-on exposure to all aspects of a fast-growing startup. This high-ownership role blends business research, vendor management, and operations—placing you at the heart of strategic decisions and execution. For strong performers, a smooth transition into a full-time role (PPO) is highly likely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth business research with breeders, trainers, vets, and pet shop owners to extract actionable market insights.
  • Lead focus groups and one-on-one interviews with pet parents in different indian cities to understand customer preferences.
  • Map and evaluate the competitive landscape, deciphering brand positioning, pricing, and value propositions.
  • Synthesize findings into concise reports and presentations for the founders and core teams.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage manufacturers and suppliers—overseeing negotiations and coordination for seamless procurement.
  • Oversee work status across the team, ensure continuous progress, and proactively flag pending issues to the leadership.
  • Support operations such as dispatches, event setups, and vendor relationships for flawless execution.
  • Operate with ownership, agility, and initiative within a dynamic startup setting.
  • Be an integral extension of the Founder's Office, participating in strategic discussions and driving cross-functional projects.

  • Excellent communication and research skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset with a willingness to travel for work
  • Passion for startups and understanding pet parent needs
  • Available for a full-time, 3 to 6 months internship in Pune (in-office)
