Risk Management:

  • The successful candidate will support senior management in qualifying new vendors to mitigate risk.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is key to identifying risks and prioritizing initiatives.

New Business Development:

  • Work closely with R&D and other teams to execute New Product Introduction programs.
  • Select and develop new vendors, assessing their capability and alignment with our policies.

Process Optimization:

  • Monitor productivity initiatives and ensure savings targets are met.
  • Suppliers must comply with Standard Operating Procedures.

Adherence to Process:

  • Circulate meeting minutes and update project status.
  • Manage vendor onboarding and create purchase orders.
  • Track project progress and escalate obstacles to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • 8-12 years of experience in a similar role.
