Job Opportunity: Strategic Growth

The primary objective of this role is to drive the company's expansion through identifying opportunities, establishing client relationships, and collaborating with technical teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Intelligence & Opportunity Tracking
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in public and private sector projects.
  • Maintain a centralized business development database including new leads, clients, consultants, sub-vendors, and competitors.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients, industry partners, and government authorities.
  • Proposal & Bid Management
  • Work closely with technical and proposal teams to develop competitive bid submissions.
  • Strategic Planning & Reporting
  • Contribute to the development of annual business development plans, sales strategies, and revenue forecasts.
  • Collaboration & Networking

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
  • At least 3 years in business development, preferably within a civil engineering consultancy firm.
  • MBA or Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or related field is highly desirable.
