
Strategic Growth Manager

The primary objective of this role is to drive the company's expansion through identifying opportunities, establishing client relationships, and collaborating with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence & Opportunity Tracking
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in public and private sector projects.
- Maintain a centralized business development database including new leads, clients, consultants, sub-vendors, and competitors.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients, industry partners, and government authorities.
- Proposal & Bid Management
- Work closely with technical and proposal teams to develop competitive bid submissions.
- Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Contribute to the development of annual business development plans, sales strategies, and revenue forecasts.
- Collaboration & Networking
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- At least 3 years in business development, preferably within a civil engineering consultancy firm.
- MBA or Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or related field is highly desirable.
