Senior Account Strategist

We are seeking a high-impact professional to drive strategic growth and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing high-value accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Understand client objectives and align solutions to meet business goals
  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic initiatives
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and ensure compliance with agreed terms
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Identify risks in client relationships and proactively address challenges
  • Mentor and guide junior account managers to build strong client engagement skills
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years in key account management, business development, or client servicing (preferably in Automobile)
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer success strategies, and account management practices
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple large accounts and travel as required
