We are seeking a high-impact professional to drive strategic growth and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing high-value accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Understand client objectives and align solutions to meet business goals
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic initiatives
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and ensure compliance with agreed terms
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions
- Identify risks in client relationships and proactively address challenges
- Mentor and guide junior account managers to build strong client engagement skills
- Experience: 3+ years in key account management, business development, or client servicing (preferably in Automobile)
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer success strategies, and account management practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities
- Ability to handle multiple large accounts and travel as required
