Job Overview

To spearhead the Quality Assurance (QA) function for Core Banking implementation programs, we're seeking an exceptional leader who can guarantee high-quality delivery across all phases.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leverage QA expertise to plan, execute, and report on FLEXCUBE Core Banking implementations.
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies for functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing.
  • Manage and coordinate QA teams, collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Vendors.
  • Analyze and validate Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
  • Maintain traceability of requirements through test cases and defect tracking.
  • Oversee defect triaging, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
  • Effectively manage defect reporting and escalations.
  • Ensure readiness for production cutover through rigorous testing and simulation.
  • Implement and maintain test automation frameworks where applicable.
  • E nsure compliance with SDLC, QA standards, Governance and risk management policies.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading QA functions for large-scale banking projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of test methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective test plans.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies.
