Performance Test Lead

We're seeking an experienced Performance QA with expertise in JMeter for our India Team. The ideal candidate will lead high-performing teams and drive quality assurance initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead performance testing teams and mentor junior team members to ensure seamless execution of quality assurance initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated JMeter scripts for diverse applications and enterprise environments, driving innovation and efficiency in performance testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on performance test planning, execution, and results analysis, fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency.
  • Drive quality assurance initiatives and establish performance testing standards and best practices, ensuring the highest level of quality and excellence.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years total experience in performance testing and quality assurance, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • 3+ years proven leadership experience managing QA teams and projects, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • 4+ years hands-on experience with JMeter, with expertise in script development and maintenance.
  • 2+ years of experience in JavaScript programming, with a strong understanding of coding principles and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AI tools in testing or performance analysis, with a strong understanding of machine learning concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
