Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead and manage our end-to-end testing strategy, planning, and execution for core banking implementation projects. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions by managing testing teams, defining test strategies, overseeing execution, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and industry standards.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement an effective testing strategy for FLEXCUBE implementation projects, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Performance Testing.
  • Lead testing teams across different test phases, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business, development, and project stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
  • Review and approve test plans, test cases, and scenarios to validate business requirements and system design.
  • Ensure effective defect management, root cause analysis, and closure within agreed timelines.
  • Provide test progress reporting, highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 12+ years of experience in IT Testing, including at least 6–8 years in core banking testing projects.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale testing programs in Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS versions 11.x – 14.x).
  • Hands-on experience in test strategy design, effort estimation, resource planning, and test execution.
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations and modules such as Core Banking, Payments, Loans, Trade Finance, and General Ledger.
  • Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, APIs, REST APIs, microservices, and batch processing.
  • Familiarity with automation tools for functional and performance testing.
