Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services by designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning and Execution: Design and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of our products and services.
  • Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify defects and report them to the development team in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and design, to resolve issues and improve the overall quality of our products and services.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed of testing progress and any issues that arise.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of Testing Frameworks: Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools, such as Postman, is highly desirable.
  • API Testing: Experience with API testing and knowledge of APIs is required.
  • CASA and TD Knowledge: Knowledge of CASA and TD is necessary.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
