**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality control efforts and ensure the highest standards of quality in our construction projects.

  • This is a key role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:

The Construction Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the required quality standards. This includes developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting regular site inspections, and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any quality-related issues.

  • This role requires a high level of technical expertise, including knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results
  • Identify and report any quality-related issues or defects
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality-related issues

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in construction quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
