Quality Assurance Specialist

Overview:
The role of a Quality Assurance Specialist is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This position involves developing and implementing strategies to validate our products throughout their lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities, establishing validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices, overseeing the execution of validation activities, performing risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and managing relationships with external vendors and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement validation strategies and processes to ensure the quality and reliability of products throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities.
- Establish validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Oversee the execution of validation activities, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
- Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential product risks related to validation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes and increase efficiency.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed for validation testing services.
- Ensure end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on validation activities to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a team of validation analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
Qualifications include 6-12 years of experience in validation, strong understanding of regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
