Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate
Job OverviewThe quality assurance associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the adherence to quality standards and processing accuracy as per predefined checklists.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee quality compliances and processing accuracy for daily operations.
- Audit a sample proportion of processed tickets based on the predefined checklist for tickets assigned via multiple data sources at a set frequency defined by the business.
- Conduct random audits, at least twice or thrice a month, to verify documentation around BK claimants.
- Randomly inspect communication sent/received to/from trustees.
- Accurately review and interpret legal documents, including court motions/orders, affidavits, PACER reports, and legal heirship documents.
- Become proficient in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials within a short span.
- Create weekly/monthly reports for audits performed on a set frequency and report outcomes to supervisors and stakeholders with relevant analytics and insights.
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Law, BBA, or commerce.
- 2-4 years of experience in a multinational corporation, preferably in the US.
- Project management experience or certifications are highly desirable.
- ISO 9001 certification or higher is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel & PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Outlook.
- Experience in quality audits of legal documents/email communications.
- Strong data analysis capabilities, with attention to detail to identify errors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical problem-solving skills for addressing complex issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Familiarity with US legal laws or bankruptcy processes is advantageous.
