Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software quality assurance specialist to join our team.

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in QA engineering on agile-based teams is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrate a high level of ownership for their work.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end application software testing, focusing on complex front-end applications.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as WebDriver.io, Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Analyze and resolve defects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software quality assurance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in healthcare, specifically EMR and medical billing, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, AWS services, NodeJS, and Typescript is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management systems is required.
