Job Title: Test Assurance Specialist

Description:

  • Develop comprehensive testing strategies to guarantee the quality of software applications.
  • Cover the entire workflow of a metrology solution from operating optical tools to producing thin film/OCD solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in designing and implementing testing strategies.
  • Create detailed test plans, cases and schedules for product releases.
  • Design, implement and maintain automated testing capabilities to enhance efficiency and coverage.
  • Develop and improve testing processes for feature, regression, release and benchmarking.
  • Document defects and work closely with software teams to resolve them.
  • Track quality metrics such as defect density and open defect count.
  • Identify quality gaps and provide solutions.
  • Stay updated on new testing tools and strategies.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Material Science.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Prior experience in software quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of SQA methodologies, tools and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
  • Solid programming skills.
  • Agile development process experience.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with semiconductor front-end processes, Thin Film and OCD metrology technologies.
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Material Science.
  • Numerical analysis, machine learning, software development expertise.
