Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance specialist to join our team.

This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through manual and automation testing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing, QA methodologies, and agile development principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test plans to ensure product quality
  • Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and automation frameworks
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
  • Identify and track defects using defect tracking tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and fixes
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation testing
  • Analyze logs, identify root cause, and suggest improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in ITSM or networking products
  • Strong understanding of software testing, bug tracking, and agile processes
  • Basic experience with APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools like JMeter
  • Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, Appium (a plus)
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SNMP)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript
