Job Title:

Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will oversee a team responsible for quality assurance and data validation, requiring a strong understanding of quality frameworks, processes, and standards.

  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Identify data quality challenges and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and enforce quality policies and validation rules.
  • Monitor team activities to ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics, and industry guidelines.
  • Track performance using quality KPIs and provide feedback to team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with process excellence teams to implement best quality practices.
  • Provide regular updates on team performance and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Additional certifications in quality management are desirable.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of quality control management experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • At least 1 year of Quality supervisory experience or 2 years of Quality Analyst experience.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
