DigiTech Sales Director

TLC DigiTech Pvt. Ltd., a pioneering digital solutions company, is seeking an experienced Product Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts.
Job Overview
In this role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive multi-channel sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve company objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring the adoption of our technology solutions by external and internal teams, analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and optimization, and leveraging technology and digital initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets
- Ensure effective training and adoption of our technology products among hotel teams
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement
- Identify opportunities to promote our programs and generate new revenue streams
- Collaborate with local hotel teams to leverage technology and digital initiatives
- Manage sales managers, including recruitment, training, and performance oversight
- Oversee contact center operations, including recruitment, training, and team performance
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in sales of software services, preferably in hospitality technology. You should also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential, as well as proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary of ₹2.5 crores per annum, commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits and perks.
