Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and market intelligence.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the building materials industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, tactics, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
