Job Title: Client Care Representative
About Us:
We are a legal outsourcing firm supporting solicitors' practices in England. We specialise in Housing Disrepair and Housing Condition Protocol (HCP) cases, providing high-quality client care services with professionalism and empathy.
Role Overview:
The Client Care Team is looking for a skilled representative to act as the first point of contact for clients pursuing housing condition claims. You will conduct initial consultations, provide weekly updates, support file handlers, and ensure compliance with data protection laws.
- Handle initial consultation calls and explain the claims process.
- Keep clients engaged through weekly updates and regular communication.
- Support file handlers with documentation, follow-ups, and scheduling inspections.
- Maintain accurate records in the Case Management System.
- Ensure full compliance with UK data protection laws.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with UK-based clients.
- Empathy and ability to support vulnerable clients.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
- Prior experience in legal/customer care preferred (training provided).
