Job Title: Operational Member Advocate

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with member advisors, driving mutual value through program management and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster relationships and coordinate project implementation to drive cost savings and issue resolution for members.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify opportunities for improvement and present findings in impactful presentations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support member objectives and needs, serving as a key advocate within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and member management skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with direction from leadership.
  • Demonstrate results-oriented focus with attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of consulting experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience creating engaging presentations.
