all at no cost to members In the last decade PA has grown from 2 employees and 5 million in total managed spend to over 100 employees and more than 1 5 billion dollars in spend while maintaining its high-touch service model and member-focus PA has a very collaborative humble and values-driven culture that upholds these guiding principles Act with integrity and in compliance Drive value creation Be disciplined entrepreneurs Be innovative Be accountable Treat others with dignity and respect Strong Private Equity Ownership In December 2021 Genstar Capital invested in PA along with a large rollover from Bregal Sagemount and the management team Genstar Capital is a leading private equity firm that has been actively investing in high quality companies for over 30 years Based in San Francisco Genstar has developed a strong market reputation of working in partnership with management teams and its network of strategic advisors to build industry-leading businesses while generating outsized returns Genstar s vision is to help build lasting impactful companies that will continue to succeed well beyond their ownership Genstar currently has approximately 49 billion of assets under management and targets investments focused on targeted segments of the software industrials healthcare and financial services industries In 2020 Genstar was ranked 2nd worldwide in aggregate private equity fund performance out of 529 PE firms and ranked 3rd in 2019 out of 497 PE firms by HEC-Dow Jones For more information please visit The Opportunity Under the direction of the Director of Operations the Member Support Advisor facilitates and supports our Member Advisors in the direct relationship and program management for our MRO Members They help identify opportunities to drive value for our Members through our programs and facilitate and supports all services regarding our MRO programs for up to 25-30 different member companies Supports Member Advisors in strengthening the relationships with members by gaining an understanding of their unique objectives and needs serving as their advocate and agent Identifies value-add opportunities for members through proactive analysis and coordinates the implementation of new projects and programs Supports the relationships with supplier partners to drive mutual value through cost savings and issue resolution Problem-solves through leveraging relationships with internal partners suppliers and member companies Assists in the development of materials and analysis for Member business reviews and regular meetings with members and suppliers Maintains accurate and up-to-date records pertaining to activity and opportunities Other duties as assigned Be able to communicate directly with Members and Supplies when needed The Person We are seeking bright driven and energetic candidates with strong member management and analytical skills Strong presentation creation skills analytics formation and focus on customer service are a must This candidate is expected to work independently with direction from leadership Exceptional multi-tasking skills required to manage multiple Member Advisors and Members Must be results-oriented while paying close attention to detail 2-5 years of consulting or relevant experience specializing in developing compelling business cases conducting thorough analyses and creating impactful presentations Proven track record in developing data-based reports and presentations that demonstrate value proposition and drives decision-making Expertise in analyzing complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and build strategic recommendations Experience in creating visually engaging and persuasive presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations Consulting background with a focus on procurement supply chain buying or sourcing will be a plus Possessing a strong understanding of the manufacturing and or MRO sector bringing industry-specific insights to consulting engagements will be a plus Bachelor s degree is required and a Graduate degree will be valuable an asset Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently ensuring timely delivery of high-quality business cases and analyses Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored for presenting findings and insights to stakeholders Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders to build consensus around proposed business cases Analytical thinker with the capability to leverage quantitative data effectively for business case development and analysis Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to create comprehensive and visually compelling presentations Flexible to work different shifts as required aligning with US East Coast working hours depending on need
