Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the VLSI education sector in Bangalore. This full-time position involves driving sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base within the education industry.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a sales team to achieve set sales targets and objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with key customers and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Mentorship and Training: Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Sales Experience: Proven ability in sales strategy development and execution.
