Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts in the educational services domain. Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth in the educational services sector.
  1. Brand Management:
  • Cultivate and enhance our brand presence in the education industry.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold a strong and recognizable brand identity.
  1. Digital Marketing:
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize online marketing efforts and drive increased engagement.
  1. Content Development:
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and informative content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Create and manage content calendars for various platforms to ensure consistent messaging.
  1. Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote educational programs and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Coordinate and manage promotional events, workshops, and seminars to showcase educational offerings.
  • Establish partnerships with relevant organizations and stakeholders to enhance event participation and reach.

  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing trends, and content strategy.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
