Senior Business Growth Strategist

This is an exceptional opportunity to spearhead business growth by driving revenue targets and other key performance indicators. As a Senior Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for leading new business efforts from qualifying opportunities to leading pitch teams.

You will also lead effective cross-functional interaction within the business unit and functional domains to deliver client requirements successfully. Additionally, you will prioritize and manage retainer clients' expectations, ensuring strategic and creative excellence of team outputs in response to client briefs.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills with a focus on numbers, as well as in-depth knowledge of biddable media digital platforms like Google Adwords and Facebook. They should also possess resourcefulness and ability to find solutions, multi-tasking and ability to strategize.

Furthermore, they should have experience working in digital marketing in a digital agency with expertise in account management/operations on multiple platforms. A minimum of 6+ years of experience is required. The role also requires leadership skills, including the ability to mentor team members and develop their skillset in accordance with individual goals and objectives and career path.
