Job Overview

As a Senior Director of Transformation, you will lead cross-functional teams responsible for executing transformation roadmaps and driving business outcomes in the customer service/technology domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day execution of complex transformation initiatives and drive milestones to realization.
  2. Communicate with key stakeholders, including executive management, business owners, and process leads.
  3. Collaborate with consultants to develop strategic plans analyzing feasibility and impact across multiple service lines.
  4. Identify new technologies relevant to service lines with potential for scalability and cost optimization.
  5. Deliver on strategic and functional goals of projects focused on revenue enhancement, metric improvement, and business growth.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field with 10+ years of change management experience.
  2. 5+ years of program management experience in a matrix environment.
  3. Experience driving complex projects across multiple accounts/domains with demonstrated results.
  4. Transformation/process re-engineering skills, including RPA, IVR, Cognitive, Bots, Analytics, Lean/Six Sigma.
  5. Strong understanding of AI-enabled conversation bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc.).
  6. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within all organizational levels to build collaborative relationships.
  7. Strong internal client-facing skills with excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework.
  2. Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black belt/PMP/OCM certification preferred.
