Job Title: Senior Director, Portfolio Management Job Description:

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in management consulting, presales, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects within the Banking and Finance sector.
  • Manage and lead a large team of resources, ensuring timely delivery, profitability management, and quality standards.
  • Ensure effective project governance, risk management, and escalation processes are in place for all projects.
  • Continuously monitor and improve delivery processes and methodologies to drive operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 18+ years of experience in IT services / Management Consulting, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing a large-scale portfolio focusing on Data & AI service offerings.
  • Experience in managing Large teams of professionals across multiple locations.
  • Strong expertise in Banking and Finance, stakeholder management, and delivery.
