
Revenue Manager Opportunity

As a key player in our revenue management team, you will be responsible for leading multi-property revenue initiatives across our portfolio of upscale and boutique hotels.
Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to design dynamic pricing strategies, driving channel optimization to achieve the optimal business mix, and preparing accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for owners and leadership.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of revenue strategies.
- Provide expert analysis and recommendations on revenue opportunities and challenges.
- 8-10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.
- Proven record of improving Revenue Growth Index (RGI), RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats.
- Deep knowledge of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), distribution channels, Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Property Management Systems (PMS), and digital revenue tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Confident leader who can influence cross-functional teams and property General Managers.
