Job Overview:

You'll lead performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels, developing, executing, and managing paid campaigns to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You'll have expertise in paid media, analytics, and campaign optimization.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead campaign creation and management across platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, ensuring campaigns meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Drive growth through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing or similar roles with measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search and other channels.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
