Strategic Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Zonal Sales Targets: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and achieve ambitious sales targets, ensuring the highest levels of productivity and success.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of all educational centers, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of exceptional results.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all centers, promoting consistency and excellence.
  • Zonal Marketing: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities to boost enrollments and drive business growth.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, schools, and local communities, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage center heads and their respective teams, providing guidance and support to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide coaching to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
