Job Description

As a General Manager - Operations, you will lead a team of operations leads to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coordinate closely with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

You will manage internal stakeholders such as Finance, Vendor Teams, Installer Teams etc. to provide them with necessary support and resources to meet customer commitments and quality standards.

  • You will be responsible for resolving all customer issues promptly within committed ETAs, ensuring that projects are completed successfully.
  • You will foster collaboration among cross-functional teams including installer teams, vendor teams, category teams, product teams etc. to facilitate faster issue resolution and empower your team members to tackle problems effectively.
  • You will oversee people management responsibilities, empowering existing team members and hiring top talent in the country to strengthen your regional team.
  • You will ensure that your team adheres to defined processes and standards to deliver standardized customer experiences.
  • You will be accountable for Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, Quicker Resolution of Customer Escalations.
