Executive Director of Operations

The company seeks an experienced and visionary Executive Director of Operations to drive and oversee the end-to-end operations of its Asset Reconstruction business. This strategic leadership role will play a pivotal part in streamlining processes, ensuring effective governance, and aligning business functions with the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Lead, monitor, and enhance the overall operational efficiency of the ARC, ensuring compliance, seamless execution, and excellent service delivery.
  • Process Optimization: Define, implement, and continuously improve process flows for ARC operations to align with regulatory requirements and business goals.
  • Transaction Management: Evaluate and report on the status and progress of transactions, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely updates to senior management.
  • Technology Oversight: Provide strategic direction and oversight for IT systems and processes to support business scalability and security.
  • Culture Development: Oversee the HR function, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement, to build a high-performing culture.
  • Financial Governance: Supervise the Finance function to ensure sound financial management, compliance, and accurate reporting.
  • Risk Management: Provide oversight to the Audit function, ensuring strong internal controls, compliance with regulatory norms, and proactive risk management.

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, with significant exposure to ARC / NBFC / Banking operations.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing ARC business.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and process management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
