Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sales Growth
    • Develop and execute plans to hit sales targets and maintain profit margins.
    • Expand presence by identifying distributors, agents, and partners.
    • Ensure exceptional service and strong customer satisfaction.
  • Market Strategy Execution
    • Conduct market research and analysis to inform entry and growth strategies.
    • Lead teams to open new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Business Expansion
    • Nurture relationships with existing partners and identify new opportunities.
    • Manage the full order cycle, including quotes, delivery, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
  • Regional Campaigns and Support
    • Collaborate with regional teams to develop and implement campaigns and promotions.
    • Represent the organization at local exhibitions and trade events.
  • Team Collaboration and Management
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Supply Chain Finance and Marketing.
    • Facilitate communication to achieve company objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Identify and mitigate risks related to regulations and geopolitics.
    • Stay updated on trade rules and advise teams accordingly.
    Requirements & Qualifications
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in international business development, preferably in the Middle East.
    • Proven track record of sales success and achievement of revenue goals.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
    • Familiarity with legal trade and compliance matters.
