Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity professional to join our team as a Regional Cybersecurity Officer. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Cybersecurity of one or several countries or regions, acting as the point of contact for external stakeholders, and coordinating incident response efforts. They will also be responsible for deploying and maintaining security policies, procedures, and standards across the region, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

In addition, the Regional Cybersecurity Officer will provide regular reporting to senior management and contribute to the evolution of our Cybersecurity programs and policies. They will work closely with other teams, including IT, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of Cybersecurity initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a proven track record of leading teams, managing complex security projects, and developing and implementing effective security strategies. You will have strong technical knowledge of security protocols, threat analysis, and risk assessment methodologies. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Cybersecurity of one or several countries or regions
  • Act as the point of contact for external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Coordinate incident response efforts across the region
  • Deploy and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards across the region
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management
  • Contribute to the evolution of Cybersecurity programs and policies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of leading teams, managing complex security projects, and developing and implementing effective security strategies
  • Strong technical knowledge of security protocols, threat analysis, and risk assessment methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
