Business Manager Role

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated professional to establish a new business from scratch. As the Program Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the business head, overseeing key aspects of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Business Data Management: You will be responsible for managing all business data, including individual function charters, P&L statements, and actionable insights.
  • Execution Ownership: You will own on-ground business execution with the business head, working closely together to drive results.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You will facilitate communication between business functions and leadership, providing support to solve problems and drive success.
  • Process Building and Productization: You will develop SOPs for the business and individual functions, leveraging technology and SaaS solutions to optimize operations.
  • New City Launches: You will play a critical role in new city launches, serving as the city lead for on-ground operations during the initial launch period.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree from a top-tier university and an MBA from a reputable institution.
  • 1-5 years of work experience in sales and program management, preferably in retail distribution or BFSI.
  • Prior project management experience and proficiency in data dashboarding and analysis.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • A high degree of ownership, ability to switch context, and capacity to build new business skills quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: You must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
