
Business Development Associate

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and grow a pipeline of potential customers through various channels including phone calls, social media, and emails
- Research and qualify leads to meet business objectives
- Develop new business opportunities by contacting prospects and delivering value-added services
- Direct email marketing campaigns to key clients and prospects
- Manage and maintain lead generation databases
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Provide accurate and timely information to the reporting Manager
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with cold calling and prospecting
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in using CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
