The Business Banking Relationship Manager role is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing Sourcing Channels: Effective sourcing channels are essential for optimizing supply chains, reducing costs, and enhancing procurement efficiency.
- Portfolio Management: Managing a collection of investments, assets, or projects to achieve specific financial goals and maximize returns while minimizing risks involves strategic decision-making regarding asset allocation, risk assessment, and performance monitoring.
- Loan Portfolio Monitoring: Closely monitor incremental loan outstanding as part of credit risk assessment. Manage loan portfolios effectively, balancing incremental loan growth with the overall risk profile.
- Delinquency and NPA Management: Strategies and processes address and minimize overdue accounts. Timely intervention collects payments and reduces the risk of accounts becoming non-performing.
- Sustainability and Ethical Sourcing: Develop sourcing channels that prioritize sustainability and ethical practices. Evaluate suppliers based on their past business trend and policies.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of business clients. Ensure regular communication and support.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, financial assessments, and transactions in the bank's systems.
- Education: Bachelor's / Post Graduation degree.
- Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in Business Banking Group (BBG).
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of financial assessment, banking products & services, portfolio management, product knowledge.
