
Strategic Office Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to support our senior leadership team in delivering exceptional office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate calendar planning and stakeholder management to ensure seamless execution of key initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to support external-facing strategy.
- Drive execution strategies for key office initiatives based on leadership direction.
- Provide strategic travel planning and logistics support for local and international leadership visits.
- Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and accuracy while executing leadership mandates.
- Ensure day-to-day office operations align with broader business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 8+ years of experience in executive operations, strategic administration, or business support, preferably in high-growth or global organizations.
- Proven ability to manage CXO-level stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
- A strong strategic mindset with excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- High levels of discretion, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adeptness at handling remote coordination tools.
