Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to support our senior leadership team in delivering exceptional office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate calendar planning and stakeholder management to ensure seamless execution of key initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to support external-facing strategy.
  • Drive execution strategies for key office initiatives based on leadership direction.
  • Provide strategic travel planning and logistics support for local and international leadership visits.
  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and accuracy while executing leadership mandates.
  • Ensure day-to-day office operations align with broader business objectives.
Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 8+ years of experience in executive operations, strategic administration, or business support, preferably in high-growth or global organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage CXO-level stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • A strong strategic mindset with excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • High levels of discretion, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adeptness at handling remote coordination tools.
